Pop Lock and Shock

PLNS is a project I joined right out of college. Starting as an intern and quickly rising the ranks to become essentially the game lead and production manager.
I led a constantly changing team with varying skill levels to completion of our first trailer, as well as a demo build. With the purpose of gaining support and investment in order to build the complete game out over the next few years. The game consists of a young Michal Chambers (Aka: Boogaloo shrimp) a street dance legend. He discovered that the industry is more than meets the eye, the demon of hip hop is sucking the soul out of dance and music. Slowly, turning the world into one lacking excitement and creativity.
Unreal engine 5 is an amazing tool, this project in particular really helped me get very familiar with the new features UE5 has to offer. This project has helped me tremendously with big picture thinking. Pipelines and workflows of our different departments need to work together and in synchronization. Being in a leadership position really helped me master staying calm when problem solving and planning. There is always a path forward.
